Not a catch 22: LibreOffice has good compatibility (import and export) for MS formats and they improve it all the time, this is not about mere compatibility but about monopoly on file formats. And when all office suites work by default with MS formats, they maintain the monopoly.

I can say two things:
1. for years Google is pushing you hard to enter a phone number when making an account, not impossible but the average user won't manage to skip the requirement

I can say that the obsession with charge time is ridiculous unless you are a long haul trucker. My cars charge overnight, every night. I have a Tesla wall charger on every parking space in my garage
Most car owners don't have such things.
