Journal Journal: Canadian Hit With Record Telephone Bill (and you?)
Well.
OK, as some may know, I used be a role-playing-game designer back in the 1980s, and as a result, at one point while on exercises in the Chilcotin region of BC, got a phone call from my mother saying their telephone service had been cut off due to a $360 phone bill (usual bill was like $30) with a Demand To Pay Now (they can do that in BC).
