  • John F-ing Kerry has also hired a bunch of lawyers [newsmax.com] to try and steal the election even before it happens.

    It won't work though - Kerry loses ground whenever he gets covered by the media, because he's unlikeable. (At least Lurch from the Addams family had *some* charisma.) But when you couple Kerry's unlikeability with Dubya's southern charm, and when you look at how bad Bush will trounce Hanoi John in the debates later on this year, and it would not completely surprise me to see Bush win with 40+ states.

  • Duplicate Voter registrations can't result in any kind of voter fraud. All they can result in is the same elligible voter being registered and then the duplicate form being tossed as redundant - or if the voter is ineligible, the voter applicant being denied registration twice.

      What happens if those dupes aren't weeded out? In jurisdictions with somewhat more lax voter registration controls (Chicago, anyone?), if dupes don't get weeded out, you will get to vote twice.
