Variety of responses (Score 1)

There seems to be a lack of variety in the responses posted here. Either people hate is because they're modded and/or hacked versions aren't working correctly. On the other hand, people seem to love the service and that XBL will be a great thing. I think some people need to understand a few things first. 1. The XBox is a console. Sony seems to be missing this strategy with the PS2 and copying some PC online stratgies and porting the to the PS2. 2. Even though games might be similarly related, you're not going to find all your PC favorites reproduced on the XBox. I'm specifically refering to the MechAssault comment above that stated it wasn't MechWarrior. All the reviews I read before I bought the game stated clearly that it was not a MechWarrior-type of game. While based in the universe, that's about all the games have in common. Yes, I bought my XBL on Friday, and I will have to say, I was racing someone on the MotoGP demo last night, and they asked if anyone had NFL 2K3. So we added each other to our friends list and then preceded to open the XBox and swap the discs. Once 2K3 booted up we were immediately able to find each other and play a nice gridiron grudge match. All in all, there seems to be a lot of potential with XBL, and I think the voice communication is just the beginning of things to come.
