Sure, for external facing systems you need to be up to date, but plenty of corps dont upgrade the firewalled backend servers for a long period because they Just Work and new kernel can mean new bugs and new failure scenarios not to mention app compatibility issues. The thing that's really pissing me off about a lot of videos on youtube now is the subtitles that are part of the video and cant be switched off. Why TF people do them beats the hell out of me.
