The evidence isn't as clear as you say it is. Yes, gun deaths go down. All other crime goes up.

I think that part of it stems from the "Zero Tolerance" stance on violence. At one point, kids could settles their differences though a shoving match or fight. Now that's expulsion from school.

Kids aren't supposed to have everything figured out already, including emotional regulation. If the aggression could be handled properly and not with a heavy hand, then I believe it would be less likely that the first means of recourse is pew pew.

Secondly, I think the number of people who own mass casualty weapons has gone up. The right wing has made it your American duty to own the libs by buying an AR-15 style rifle. Gun ownership percentages may have remained the same. Gun types have changed. In the 50-60's the most popular rifles were .22 LR bolt action or lever rifles. Today tactical rifles and shotguns take the top tier. Just like it would be hard to have a mass shooting with a musket, it also isn't exactly easy to do it with a 6 shooter and bolt action rifle, or double barrel shotgun.

I think you may underestimate black-balling the union if you are an entertainment company of any size. Man and woman have multiple meanings, as you show in your statement saying "biological man" but then using the non specific term "woman" I would agree that a "biological male" can not be a "biological woman" but that isn't the only type of woman there is. Sex and Gender Identity are two different things. Are sex organs the only thing that defines gender? What about chemical makeup? What if you have a dick but wide hips and boobs? In no instance is life black and white. Life as always has been a crazy quilt of diversity, it is the strength of evolution.

Clearly the science is split on the cause and the best course of action, but there is certainly a phenomenon going on that should be studied and understood. Why would people want to leave their own gender for a life of ridicule?

The people who are trans feel they are being genuine, so clearly that exists. The only opinion is how to handle that situation.

Nintendo's root have always been in game theory, they made card games to start. I think they have something that is different than all the others, and I would hate to see that go away. Maybe I am a fanboy. Nintendo was my second console, Atari First, and Genesis third, and by far, I am more a PCMR than any console. But Nintendo hits a niche that others just don't.

First of all, they make couch co-op games, which is rare with Xbox and PS. Secondly, they make games that can be easily played by people at all ages and abilities. You may not win Super Smash brothers by just mindlessly smashing the buttons, but also, the controls are easy to learn, and master.

I get it, If you are a "hard core" gamer, a switch is a kids toy. But that's what it is, and excels at. Family fun. The switch is in the living room, the Xbox is in the man-cave with the PC and PS4. I would hate to see Nintendo lose that to efficiency.
