I use Prime a good bit but I'll be damned if I watch ANYTHING other than live sports, that include commercials. I've started boycotting products that piss me off with their commercials. Yes, I'm looking at you Cheez-IT!
Just go with SaaS whenever possible so that the UI is the browser and is similar no matter which OS you use. I was able to do this for one department about 5 years ago and it has worked well for us.
AT&T is setting the woods on fire here in our county. They are doing it on the cheap by utilizing a contractor(s) who doesn't have to pull permits by hand-digging rectangular holes about every 20 feet. They use a generator and a small drill that digs from hole to hole.
Spectrum with their 200ish down / 12 up, is losing customers hand over fist.
Well said. I remember during early COVID, some of my coworkers telling me that, those that warned of its effects were nothing more than alarmist. Aged like milk.
My take is this. All 24 hour 'news' networks have to fill their day with talking heads. I can watch about 15 to 20 minutes of news in the evening on a major network, and get all the most important, real news needed. I'd also like to add to the fact that I get that from my antenna, for free. Look what drives Fox News, talking heads catering to their base. Decades ago, I heard someone say that 24 hour news ruined journalism.
