Most Linux Distros mimics Windows.
Compared to macOS, they have a lot to learn.

My GF and I have the same phone (iPhone 12 mini). Mine is always charged plugged in, her is on QI charger a lot of time.

This is most probably to prevent the unlocking of activation locked devices by changing their serial number by rewriting the chips. If you don't know which serial are valid, your are kinda boned.
That's why apple pulled the website to see if iPhones were Locked by serial number. Some people ended up receiving new in the box iPhone and their serial was tied to another device.
You're right ! I was wrong. Other cams support FTP, but not the Argus !
I have one POE cam and they are awesome. Too bad the wireless one don't support FTP.
I know the Reolink ones work with FTP very well.

Our system does NOT work, I'm sorry. They should give us back the tax money we give for health and let us deal with proper private insurance. Oh and have I told you that our "free" system does not pay for pills or other medication. You have to have proper private insurance for this or you pay dearly in your taxes.
