lemmen writes: As widely expected, Google Drive has launched officially today. Google Drive is free for the first 5GB while you can get an upgrade to 25GB for only $2.50 a month.

Google Drive is available for:
- PC and Mac
- iPhone and iPad (coming soon)
- Android devices

Submission + - CompuServe Classic is closing today

lemmen writes: "Today one of the oldest internet services will be shut down: CompuServe Classic. After 30 years the plug will be pulled on what was once the finest online service on the globe. (CompuServe 2000, a newer iteration of CompuServe will continue.) Although not many people are using CompuServe Classic these days, it's still sad that a service running so long has to stop."
