Pot..., not too bad. Meth... very bad. Heroin... look up deaths compared to alcohol, per capita. Alcohol... very bad. it's a bad drug. Say what you will. How many lives has it destroyed? Families? How many people has it killed in cars? How many thousands has it killed outright. If Alcohol showed up now, as a street drug people are using, it would be outlawed very quickly. Yet we have large populations dedicated to stopping drinking. In SoCal where I live, whole supermarket isles are dedicated to alcohol. But since alcohol has been around forever, it's accepted as normal, in general. Just because it's accepted generally, doesn't make it a good drug. I'm not against people social drinking. I'm not against people using it even for drug-like purposes. But I do think the latter is dumb.

Watched the video. I'm going to run my system on this guy's recommendation in his into vid? Not an effing chance. He talks as if he's talking at someone at lunch. He's on a break so why not talk about my os? It's the BEST, best experience, it's the best at everything. Any evidence, specs, um... um, yeah, man this is the best! man... the guy can't put together a decent presentation regarding "his distro?" I'm supposed to make that OS my daily driver? Not an effing chance. COMPIZ is the best deskop! I used it in the 90s and it drove me crazy. I didn't like then.. probably won't like it now.

The Gimp is not even close the Photoshop overall. I've used windows since 3.1, and win 11 is not touching any of my equipment, virtual or otherwise. Being also a long time Linux user I switched to Linux Mint which I'd been using for a long time. But trying to use Gimp in any way that is similar to Photoshop - not really possible. Once I realized this, for real, I bought a 2020 Mac M1 mini 16GB, and it runs Photoshop beautifully. But the Gimp - is no replacement for Photoshop... I wish people would stop saying it. I'm not supporting Adobe's attitudes or business moves, but Photoshop... that's a great product.

Use Firefox profiles, or containers. Don't visit more than one site in a browser session. That solves it.
