Journal: NACA Airfoils were't the precurser of NACA Airlines

I got to hear Burt Rutan talk a few weeks ago and something he said has been stuck in my head ever since...

NACA did all that airfoil testing and didn't build a single airplane, and didn't start offering airline service.
NASA should be testing rockets and systems, but it shouldn't be offering seats on shuttles, nor should it be operating a spaceline.
