Training LLM on someoneâ(TM)s social media posts and likes seems like an absolutely obvious idea; and once you have that, what does it matter whether youâ(TM)re dead or not?

What a bizarre legal standard; very few people have any real life experience with judging kidâ(TM)s age by their posting history. If given such task, two âoereasonable personsâ could arrive to vastly different conclusions. Simply put, making this call is not a matter of reasoning, but of knowing vast amount of usage data which can then be used to draw conclusions based on statistical analysis. âoeReasonable personâ standard is simply inapplicable here.
