Yes, and those sectors pay no employee tax and probably very little if any business tax at all. They pay the "employees" very little some of whom are forced to by stuff from their employers because they're effective slaves. But yeah, other than than its all great.

Only the dodgy ones who didn't want to pay a proper wage and tax.

Oh dear, you really don't understand economics do you. Companies employing illegals and undercutting companies that try to do the right thing soon leads to the latter going out of business with criminals in charge of the former.

Well apparently it is rocket science to you since you believed the EU had kept the peace since WW2 which was 50 years before the EU was even created. But given your lack of basic knowledge elsewhere I'm not surprised.

Feel free to have the last word to make even more of a fool of yourself.

Those illegals contribute nothing unless you're stupid enough to believe the black market adds to GDP, so the economies would do just fine, in fact probably somewhat better as there'd be less crime.

So because the US is wavering now NATO had no influence on keeping the peace for the last 70 years? Wow, just wow, you really have drunk the Brussels kool aid.

Total BS. The current european human rights regime was codified after WW2 before the EU was even dreamt of.

No, its way past its sell by date and allows millions of illegal migrants to stay in europe.

Unfortunately the EU has become a lot more than a trading coalition, that was the whole damn problem. No one had an issue with the EEC, then Mastricht happened which was a federalists wet dream. The EU is fundamentally undemocratic with the unelected commission making the rules and laws which the elected parliament get a yes no vote on. That's not democracy.

Sorry, no idea what point you're trying to make. The attackers are hardly likely to be coming from above - helicopters had yet to be invented. HTH.

Right, because something that happened in one place in one era dictates what happened everywhere for all time.

Most (not all) spiral staircases in medieval castles spiral clockwise so attackers coming up the stairs can't use their sword arm - which is normally the right arm - to attack the defenders. Meanwhile defenders coming down the other can use their right arm swing. Of course this may have just made left handed swordsmen rather valuable when storming a castle, who knows.

What a load of crap. From "motorway" I'll assume you're a brit like me. Everytime I stop at motorway service stations the chargers are always busy and good luck finding many off the motorway network. Also no doubt you have the luxury of a home drive + charger. Those of us who live in terraced houses or flats don't have that option so using an expensive public charger would be the only choice and within a mile radius of my house there are SEVEN chargers that I know of - always busy - and I live in a city, not the middle of the country. I'll be keeping my 55mpg diesel for a while yet thanks.
