What if I have three pages of documentation open in a web browser, my IDE, and other software development programs running?

I can't envision a poor typist switching applications, editing code, and using other shortcuts without being miserably unproductive.

Being miserably unproductive would definitely effect the quality of the code.

If you want OS X that bad why not just buy a Mac?

Price and variety are two reasons why I wouldn't.

You can always take the code and morph it into what you want.

Can the government "compete with free market business"?

The citizens of NC pay taxes to that same government, but not to TimeWarner.

..is acting as a business in competition with TimeWarner (and others), then TimeWarner cannot put them out of business. The same way TimeWarner could not put Embarq out of business for competing. Am I missing something here?
