You've got asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction; the later requires an egg from a female and spermatozoa from a male. The offspring from sexual reproduction will either be male, female, or some genetic mutation of male/female. That's right, any other "sex" that you seem to think there are, are nothing more than mutants; and they're not the kind from the Fallout universe. Yes there are hermaphrodites in nature, in select species, but humans aren't really capable of hermaphroditic reproduction that I know of. I hate to break it to you, but things like gender dysphoria and transgenderism are classified as mental illnesses.
