After high school I partied until I flunked out of college. Then I did a variety of menial jobs until I discovered computers. I took a variety of classes until I could get a job as a bench tech, which ended up being mostly acting as semi-free tech support for total idiots. I ended up as a support tech for an engineering firm until I got canned for shooting my mouth off. Decided eventually to give up IT altogether because though I loved computers and electronics as hobbies, I had no desire to make a living with them. Finally got my CDL and started driving 18-wheelers around for better pay than I ever made in IT work.
