Simple math says:
(1+10/100)^y = 4 =>
log (1.10^y) = log(4) =>
y * log(1.10) = log(4) =>
y = log(4) / log(1.10) = 14.54 .
After 14.54 years you quadruple; after 15 years you would have a 418% increase.
