I'm just trying to get a grasp of the numbers in the survery:
Nearly 15% have *never* eaten a sugary food?
On average, only eating red meat two times a week?
But at the same time, only 4 servings of fruit/vegetables, so where do all their calories come from?
Maybe the 16 units of alcohol a week? Yikes.
The survery also said that they only measured activity over a week and then drew conclusions based on cancer rates years later.
