How does it violate human rights? If I want a drivers license, they take my picture. If I want a concealed carry permit they take my finger prints and confirm I'm not a convicted felon. If you want to enter this country, then submit your DNA so that you can prove you are not a convicted felon, or wanted for some crime. I don't see how that violates human rights.
