How does it violate human rights? If I want a drivers license, they take my picture. If I want a concealed carry permit they take my finger prints and confirm I'm not a convicted felon. If you want to enter this country, then submit your DNA so that you can prove you are not a convicted felon, or wanted for some crime. I don't see how that violates human rights. Don't want your DNA taken, then don't come here asking for a place to live. Seems simple to me. What am I missing? I have an open mind and would love to know. Really!

So what if I never looked at ROBOTS.TXT. This is more like you have a bunch of signs outside your house that I read as I drive by and one of them labeled ROBOTS.TXT says that I can't read the other signs. There is no door to enter. Don't want you data public, put it behind a door, not in your front yard. case closed.
