Sounds right. Definitely would need a consultant. If you had the typical cellular antenna configuration it would add all sorts of top loading probably no worse than an fm antenna though.

Mounting on an AM tower requires decoupling the antenna and transmission line from the AM antenna. The antenna resistance of the tower would have to be remeasured to show this had been accomplished. This would be particularly difficult on a directional station. Perhaps the FCC would relax rules on non directional AM's to reduce these requirements since AM station contours are not so critical any more.

I guess the government pressured Verizon and AT&T to drop plans for selling this phone. Our loss. Maybe Apple and Foxcon are responsible. I realize AT&T is hoping for the approval of the merger. Most Verizon phones are locked to the firmware. I have a Samsung S7 edge. Technically it's unlocked but If I were to switch to Tmobile or AT&T it would only cover Verizon's common bands. Motorola phones and most other branded phones are the same. I believe Iphones are different however, I cannot confirm.

You really can't test for 911 without calling. They get quite perturbed if you call and tell them your just testing.

This is BS. There are so many variables in emission testing that almost anything will affect the results. I's sure altitude, humidity, gas octane, maybe even oil could affect things to name a few. Give it up!!

These ads are ridiculous. Most of the products don't even give you an idea what they are for. Your doctor will not be interested in prescribing anything you see in an advertisement anyway. They must be a product of the lobby groups that influence Congress. They are almost as repulsive as lawyer advertisements.
