ellem's Journal: Look I know this is wrong

Me, my Mgr and the assistant admin have been fucking mercilessly with an intern.

He's been a lot of trouble, what with dirty jokes, horrendous emails and pr0n surfing. Why haven't they let him go? Two words: Nepo Tisim.

OK so with the upper mgment blessing we have:

Stealth VNC'ed into his machine.

Blocked every non business site he went to... thanks slacker dude
Changed the Firewall to block just him outbound
Changed the perms on sol.exe (et al)
Deleted anything he's downloaded that isn't business related
Put his deleted pr0n cookies BACK on his desktop
Changed his saved jibjab.html to log him off when it's clicked.
and.... drumroll...

Corrected his constant misspelling of Sam Ash -- while he watched.

I know it is wrong but GOD it was funny wacthing him read Internet Explorer Help over and over as he tried to get to Gap.com.

Thank God he's so far from the IT office that he can't hear us belly laughing while he read IE Help for the 31st time today.

You know, I can understand the slacker mentality that would lead you to surfing the internet at work all day. Maybe he doesn't understand the work he's been given, or hasn't quite learned the proper work ethics yet. I can write that off as the actions of a young person without the best judgement in the world.

However, pr0n surfing at work has always mystified me. How does a person possibly get into the mental state where it seems appropriate to look at sexually explicit pictures AT WORK! I'm all for a litt
