On the 7th of December, this changed and now the owner of the broken xbox must return it to Microsoft in a box provided by them. One user didn't think this was very fair and decided to ask what happens when they send it back. Apparently Microsoft have a policy of sending your fixed xbox back in the box you sent it in them to, as they don't own any cardboard. So the BIG Box project ( www.thebigboxproject.com ) wants to send their xbox, in a HUGE metal box, donate and make Microsoft reconsider."
