Can someone at Slashdot please auto-correct people's postings so that:

- it's becomes its (it's = it is, its = belonging to it)
- loosing becomes losing

Even if autocorrection changes the correct form to the incorrect form it will still be correct a higher percentage of the time.

Some regions of Google maps now have higher detail levels of zoom, allowing you to see individual people and some even stranger things. Some buildings seem to be growing out of the ground at strange angles and even ghost buildings seem to appear. Perhaps it has something to do with composing the tiles from different orbital positions but the result looks very, very odd.
