What they are saying, as far as I can tell, is that they will sell only the final version of bootcamp from leopard to people who did not upgrade, but if you get leopard you will get it for free. Same way they sell the new version of ilife that was included with tiger to jaguar (or was it panther?) users. I figure you'll still be able to get the non final version for free.

Raised by Wolverines in the southwestern part of Africa, Jake was brought to America in 1959 by a friendly tortoise who needed someone to help him stop the Communists from inventing Linux. Jake succeeded in holding them back for the next few decades and even succeeded in infiltrating the GNU project deep enough to discover the sinister truth behind the Penguin mascot that many Linux distros now use (as a sinister inside joke). Unfortunately Jake was wounded during the OS wars of the 80's and was unable to stop the innevitable creation of the Linux kernel ten years later. However, thanks to the tortoise's magic Jake was able to slow his aging during this time and so is not very old and was still strong enough to fatally wound the Mole Man King when he returned to the surface at the millennium. He now bides his time running a DRM plantation and waiting for the tortoise shadow government to call on him once again.
