What if you're allergic to peanut butter AND lactose intolerant? Then you're roally boned. What ever happened to the dying boy's last wishes of "buy me a hooker". Those are always the most entertaining.

That scenario isn't as far-fetched as it once was, given that an American stuntman recently used a jetpack to soar over Colorado's Royal Gorge.

The stuntman in question is one Eric Scott, who recently appeared on CBS' Early Show and a variety of local cable channels after making his daring leap. Scott has been testing jetpack devices for some 16 years, and was confident that he wouldn't plummet to his untimely death when he straddled the Gorge above the Arkansas River earlier this week. Despite an enormous gulf between the two sides — 1,500 feet across and 1,000 feet down — Scott made the trip safely.

This is good news for India & Brazil who need this drug to be cheap but bad news for Gilead Sciences. We discussed this drug before. In semi-related news, a patent reform bill is in its final stages which proposes to reduce patent trolling settlements among anything from pesticides to software. If it passes, instead of paying up to triple what you would have if you licensed it, you would be forced to pay the normal royalties if found guilty. I guess that would make it tempting to not pay them to start with and wait for the patent holder to attempt to sue you."
