Submission + - Unfair DMCA Takedown 1

cpicon92 writes: "I received an email from Google today informing me that an upload I made "has been disabled because it has been identified by our Content Identification tools as potentially lacking the necessary copyright authorization for use on the Google Video site." The video in question is entirely my own creation visually, and includes a short (what I had considered fair use) clip of a song that may or may not have been copyrighted. The audio quality wasn't very good anyway. My question is: what should I do? The email says that if I complain, I could end up with "penalties"."
