I think that is the point: the ticket is NOT going to court. It is going to collections/credit reporting agency. I would say that you can dispute those items on your report very easily, and they have to have proof that you were responsible for the transaction.

But, for the record, my Dad think that Obama is a Muslim and hates America. His proof are a picture of Obama not putting his hand over his heart at a saying of the Pledge of Allegiance and pictures/reports of Obama taking the American flags off his jet. Of course he also believed the Swift Boat Veterans about John Kerry.
