The US Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice has said she is unwilling to answer a US House of Representatives subpoena about Iraq's pre-war weapons. I don't see how she CAN'T and not expect public outrage. Maybe that is what she wants? As Secretary Of State, I believe she is required by law to abide by the subpoena. That's not to say that she doesn't have a point in that the house doesn't seem to be asking new questions, but rather, wants to put her on the stage for grandstanding purposes. Nevert
