Journal Journal: Where do you read about software development?

About a year and a half ago, I left the college world with my shiny new degree, and headed into the world of professional software development. Like many of you, I quickly realized how much I didn't learn in college, and began rapidly expanding my knowledge of software development.

I've reached a point now where I want to start paying more attention to subtle issues and topics in software development, and am not entirely sure where to go to find the kind of information I am looking for. It seems like it will mostly be in techblog-like formats, since those are the type of people that are addressing the type of issues that I'm interested in.

Since the company I work for is Windows based, my boss pointed me at The Old New Thing, and obviously I read Slashdot regularly, but I want more sites that cover details I'm interested in. So, Slashdot, where do you go to read about what's important or hot in software development and programming?

So... I got two informatives, two flamebaits, a funny, and a redundant in one fairly sarcastic post. Wow.
