Got the update Friday on my s24 ultra. Def some new stuff to get used to, but overall stable and nice. The phone is prob a bit smoother now, and too early to really know, but battery life seems a little better.

The 11 leak had an option for local account in the pro edition anyway. Though obviously that can change... If you can do it, the enterprise version or whatever 11 is gonna call it is the best version to install.

If you have an old 16bit application, you need 32bit windows to run it... So there are some weird cases where it would help. But prob makes more sense to just install XP in a VM and do it that way unless access to a hardware dongle or something weird is needed. Still reasonable odds that the old DOS app wouldn't like 10 or 11 anyway.
