It's always the fault of somebody else. We European and the rest of the world watched for weeks, or better months, the pandemic shutdown in Wuhan. And our countries did nothing. At most, flights to Wuhan were banned. For the rest we were all thinking "This is not our problem". So the fault is ours, and of our governments. But it's easy political game to blame someone else for that.
