I just hate this added inference that many in the field have been adding, that the people who do consume alcohol (a not insignificant percentage of humans!), are somehow to be pitied and given some leeway for their 'weakness'.
Humans, around the planet, have been consuming alcohol in some form for milenia!!!!!!
I'll not deny the effects of excessive alcohol consumption,as clearly shown in some studies, but to suggest that any alcohol is harmful is a stretch. And adding the insulting recommendation that we should all avoid alcohol completely, save the poor weaklings among us who find it "hard to give up", is not helping their arguments!

It isn't about the movies! It's because no one has broadcast TV anymore, and that only leaves pay-for-viewing options in the current ridiculous fractured streaming market. So unless you happen to have a particular streaming service that can show the Oscars, you can't watch it like the old days, with groups of friends and such.
ABC has a lock-in, just like sports venues that get locked-in. It isn't that people don't want to watch, it's the greed (yet again) that prevents viewers from watching.

How completely disingenuous of this disgusting company, who's only striking out while the leader is down because they can't compete! Have you looked at Bing lately? It's almost an embarrassing copy of Google Search! MS hasn't actually created any goodness in the industry for DECADES.
And badmouthing Google, as if MS has ANY moral high-ground, is utter nonsense, as we all know too well that MS is a master at strong-arm tactics from way back. Shall we also mention that MS has never gotten over its own Antitrust debacle? Clearly this public blather is tasting sweet for Microsoft, given the scolding they received when they finally got caught and were held accountable (at least in pretense if not in substance); they're only too ready to point the finger when it's to their advantage -- especially instead of actually competing with better products and services.

And it's a lot less of a change than switching to IPv6.
OK, perhaps some reading would help you to understand how NAT is fine for very small networks, for the most part is a huge pain in the ass for large networks. And there's no end-to-end connectivity. NAT is a layer of obfuscation that often adds to errors for Net-Ops.
