I agree with forkspoon in that once we give up rights or allow those rights to be taken from us, the terrorist has won and we have lost bigtime. This new anti-terrorist bill that passed has taken away any barriers to the GOV monitoring, confiscating, etc anyone's computer (without a warrant) just by saying they "suspect this individual of terrorist activities". They do not have to seek a formal warrant or show just cause.
