Child porn charges for foster dad of 20 kids

Jason Alan Miller, 48, was arrested at Port Miami on Sept. 13 after being picked for a random secondary screening at the end of a Carnival Cruise to the Cayman Islands."

The question is, was the search truly random or did the ship's wifi use get him caught?
