Who are these unvaccinated with long covid? I have never met one. I had omicron in January 2022 and never had a recurrence because I have natural immunity. Much of what is labeled as disinformation ends up being true in the end. Disinformation would actually be where you make a concerted effort to censor information that might be valid.
