Sitting down on the sofa is different then sitting by a computer. Even the activities are different. I would like to see the study geered towards office workers who sit all day.
Well it worked didnt it. Your gonna remember it for awhile.
Yep First he Suger Coats it with
"'always respect[s] trademarks and other people's intellectual property"
and then
"and look[s] forward to the next steps in the judicial process"
Bring it on
For me, it's the total difference in attitude. Back then, I was a kid with no disposable income to spare. Your parents rented you some games from the video store for the weekend and you played the hell out of them. Very seldom did you get the exact games of your choice, so you learned to just deal with what you got. It didn't matter of they were clunky or poorly designed, or if the music was no better than 8-bit blips composed by someone totally tone-deaf who figured the NES's "noise" channel was a substitute for any instrumentation; you were on a holy mission to beat the game(s) within the rental period. Eventually, you even acquired a taste for some of the crappier ones that would later manifest as nostalgia. You'd give anything, any genre a chance.
Dude. its so true. The weekend mission was to beat the game before you brought it back. Ahh those were the good days. can you even rent games anymore?
The manufacture of instant coffee begins with brewing coffee in highly efficient extraction equipment. Softened water is passed through a series of five to eight columns of ground coffee beans. The water first passes through several "hot" cells (284-356F, or 140-180C), at least some of which operate at higher-than-atmospheric pressure, for extraction of difficult components like carbohydrates. It then passes through two or more "cold" cells (about 212F, or 100C) for extraction of the more flavorful elements. The extract is passed through a heat exchanger to cool it to about 40F (5C). By the end of this cycle, the coffee extract contains 20-30% solids.
The problem I see here is the xp modifiers. When you can give another guy more advantage in a game because he pays more money is just wrong. When you hit the online playing field in these types of games everyone is equal from the beginning. Now it will be the rich kid who has the advantage.
I like what Battlefield Heroes is doing. Free game (not released yet) but you can buy outfits and other stuff like that. BUT you dont get any advantage in the game.
ImperialAges is another game that is browser based that I am playing right now. Free game and you can buy the VIP package but it will not give you an advantage in any way.
So why don't these companies start using P2P technology. Keep network trafic within the networks.
There is some new music listening (legal) software that I have seen recently supported by adds and stuff and I looked into the technology behind it. Apparently it caches some of the users files on their computer and shares them with other users listening to the same songs. Exactly the same type of technology as torrents.
So basically if your neighbor has recently watched the same movie as you are watching now. The file does not have to travel so far. Just within the area network.
Of course we would have to trust these companies with software on our computers but thats a different story.
I dunno if that makes sense to anyone but it makes sense to me. The way we are using the networks is very inefficient.
Well lets look at history.
Wind 98 needed more powerful Computer to run it after windows 95
windows xp needed more a powerful Computer to run it after windows 98
Vista
So now if Windows 7 Has more features, is stable and as bug free as any version of windows can be, and offers the same performance as vista.
It might actually have good perfomance when running on a low end machine at the time of its release.
I agree.
I played the game for maybe 4 hours. Got board. Found another game. As you said. the artwork and graphics were cool. I would even say the storyline was interesting. But something just did not click together and make the game Great. Something was missing in the gameplay.
I am more bored than you could ever possibly be. Go back to work.
