And yes that means each and every one of us carries mutations.
What that means is that most single letter variations/mutations come out in the wash - they aren't easily noticeable.
But they do account for a large part of the variable responses that human beings have to various drugs and treatments.

I had one back in the 1980s who thought he had invented the inertial tracker (after reading about it in a Heinlein book or possibly in Radio Electronics from Don Lancaster).
He tried to hire me to do the "detail" work and was horribly offended when I told him that it was - A unpatentable - B with current technology undoable - C I wanted nothing to do with it or him.
He left screaming about suing me because I was violating our NDA (Looney) and that if I tried to produce such an item he would sue me for theft.
He really believed he had something and I think Holmes really believed she had something too in the beginning.
And if everyone had told her how difficult and unlikely she was to succeed from the beginning instead of petting her and cooing what a brilliant genius she was it would have saved everybody a lot of time money and embarrassment.

I'm unaware of this McAfee Antivirus.
I thought McAfee was a virus in and of itself. It certainly acts that way

Oddly it cannot tell me who my credit card is with or how it knows how much I have in debt (that I don't)

And it is pretty darn High error rate.
For instance why did it capitalize High and why did it make has into is?
Some of it, I'm sure, has to do with working with really poor pronunciation. Most people tend to blur and slur when they're speaking.
And then depending on the listener to straighten out what it was they said.

A better way to phrase it might be - humans are really good at finding non-existent patterns

The college I used to work for was defrauded of a fairly large sum of money by Oracle.
They had purchased our director of IT who recommended a "new product" they had for handling basically all the accounting, grading and assorted other functions that a college could need.
After something like 2 years of promising "next quarter" they never delivered anything and when Our IT director was fired from the college he was suddenly working for Oracle.

You can say that it might not be true but the justice department has already said that it is.
