Humans wouldn't have to provide any oxygen, just plants. A large number of plants would provide the Oxygen. (for a small group anyways)
Plus, as the carbon "melts" and the plants spew Oxygen into the atmosphere, the pressure would go up as well.
Of course this won't happen for a few thousand years.
