Journal Journal: Christmas song found!

After years of searching, I've finally found my Christmas turkey song. It's called: *ta da*

The Turkey Song, by Dale Baglo.

After a near miss, I managed to email Dale, and he was kind enough to email the song to me. And it's just as great as I remember. Mission Accomplished!

Now, I guess I have to change my sig. Let's see, there are 10 kind of people...

Journal Journal: Typical Microsoft

As detailed here, on November 2nd I told Windows not to ask me about installing Internet Explorer 7.

So what happens today, November 21? Yup, it just asked to install it again. 19 days, not even three weeks.

Journal Journal: What the hell is the name of this song? 4

For years now, I've been trying to find this song that I heard on the radio. I think it was at least 10 years ago, but I'm unsure about that. I've looked on google, but all I can find are a few other folks in the same situation, trying to find the same song.

It was a jaunty fast paced Christmas tune, sung by a Christmas turkey, excited because he'd been "invited" to dinner. I remember a few lines:

Oh, I've been invited for Christmas,
As a turkey I am blessed.

I've heard that turkeys make good gravy,
So I'm going to offer to cook.

Then there's a slow stuttering part:

And what's Uncle Max...
Going to do with that axe?

Any help with this would be appreciated, songwriter, performer, name of the tune, where to find it, etc.
