Certainly GMOs should be labeled as such so that consumers can make an informed choice and pressing governments to introduce such legislation should be encouraged. However, in Belgium, EU laws clearly state that products which contain GMOs must be labelled as such. In addition genetically modified crops must be handled in such a way that 'normal' crops are not affected.
