    • I'm in Iraq right now (u.s. army) so i can't remember all of them, but I've got about 20 computer books, most notably:
      Orielly's Running Linux
      Sam's Teach yourself Visual Basic in 21 Days
      A QUE book on HTML,
      some publisher's Black Book of Visual Basic
      4 or 5 A+ Cert books and the big tome Repairing and Upgrading PC's (like 12th edition)
      several other Visual Basic books
      I only really use the Running Linux (heavily tabbed) and a Using Office 2000 book on a regular basis (weekly i would guess). I run a d

        I'm an engineering major, but I've still been thinking about getting certified in something IT related. Are those A+ Certifications worth it? What about the A+ books themselves?

        I always used the (imho, excellent) help functions in Office. Running Linux is a pretty decent book, even though it seems a little dated and the authors seem a little arrogant.
