you can adjust the panel's angle/height to improve the reduced light yields. and some crops tolerate reduced light fine. those that don't you don't put panels above them. there is plenty of non-farm space.
proper design and installation minimizes wind problems. don't worry, engineers can take care of this. even in tornado country. and if something gets destroyed, you replace it. panels ain't made of gold.
To the systems programmer, users and applications serve only to provide a test load.
