
What exactly is "mulching"?
Mulching is a process of inbred fertilization which employs certain decomposed organic materials-- including, but not limited to animal sediment-- to blanket an area in which vegetation is desired. The procedure enriches the soil for stimulated plant development while, at the same time, preventing erosion and decreasing the evaporation of moisture from the ground.

Seriously, there were quite a few editorial slip-ups in that copy of Harry Potter 7. Nonetheless, my brain detected some sublime writing underneath all that; I still missed my stop & was late for work.
This is just the subjunctive mood; it's certainly in contemporary use.Certainly "as it were" was not always correct [...] now that usage of "were" is archaic
If you don't have time to do it right, where are you going to find the time to do it over?
