Marxist Hacker 42's Journal: I need an OREGON topic flag

For this wonderful news for us distributionists. One of the major candidates in the Democratic Primary for Governor has come out endorsing North Dakota's Great Depression solution to state financing- and considering that North Dakota is the only state left NOT facing budget shortfalls, I think it's a damn good idea. Bill Bradbury, you have my vote and I'll be changing my party affiliation to vote for you in the primary, despite your pro-choice status.

I'll have to look into that- last I heard the reduced oil demand was hitting Alaska and Texas rather hard in the budget. And where is Indiana getting their spare cash?

Note, I said budget shortfalls, which can be handled with reduced spending.
