Rob Charlton - General Manager, e-BILL Pty Ltd Rob has worked in the Australian IT&T industry for over 30 years in technical, sales, marketing and general management positions. His career started with the (then) Bank of New South Wales as a trainee actuary. Rob quickly switched to IT where he rose to become the bank's Chief Programmer. Leaving the bank to join the supply side of the computer industry, Rob worked for Prime Computer of Australia, Software Solutions, Oracle, MPA and Telstra Multimedia. At the latter, he became General Manager in charge of several of Telstra Multimedia's e-Commerce products including EDI and Notes Public Network (now included in Big Pond's Web Hosting services). Rob joined Hermes Precisa in 1998 as National Manager, Electronic Commerce and has been responsible for the development of HPA's e-Commerce business strategy, the business plan for EBPP and the creation of e-BILL Pty Ltd and the e-BILL service.
