Disclaimer: I'm involved in Zendesk. Naturally, I think you should take it for a spin, trying it out is free.
People give us good feed back for being simple and versatile. We have a REST API and you can submit tickets via HTML form or email. We cover your requirements, I think the only one that we don't support is distinct brands for distinct customer groups (or organisations as we call them).
