Journal GargamelSpaceman's Journal: Sarah Palin Quote 2

A former Hillary Clinton supporter, and current Barack Obama supporter, I like McCain more than I like most Republicans. Part of me might almost be tempted to vote for him except... Well I like Barack's Health Care Plan better..

I don't believe either of them has a preconcieved strategy on Iraq that they seriously intend to stick to and maybe they shouldn't ( McCain actually sort of admits it which is a plus for him, though I can forgive pragmatic posturing on Obama's part. ).

Neither has one of them convinced me that they have any idea/clue/reasoned plan regarding the economy either. Can't they pay some expert to give them/help them articulate to themselves an opinion/plan? I guess not... Oh well.

I basically like McCain but I just can't say the same for his running mate.. And McCain is old enough that he might very well keel over at any time.. Scary....

Here's a quote from Sarah Palin.

"That's why I say I, like every American I'm speaking with, we're ill about this position that we have been put in where it is the taxpayers looking to bail out. But ultimately what the bailout does is help those who are concerned about the healthcare reform that is needed to help shore up our economy. Helping the--it's got to be all about job creation too, shoring up our economy and putting it back on the right track. So health care reform and reducing taxes and reining in spending has got to accompany tax reductions and tax relief for Americans and trade--we've got to see trade as opportunity, not as competitive, scary thing, but one in five jobs being created in the trade sector today--we've got to look at that as more opportunity." -- Sarah Palin

Obama will be an economic disaster. And both candidates got clean bills of health recently.
    • Nice video. I already suspected that the government meddling in the mortgage industry would be the dems idea. It reaks of them.

It's funny that Bush tried to do something to stop this but failed to pass it while he was shoving a hairbrained Iraq war down the nation's throat. Maybe if he'd adjusted his priorities a little he would have had the political capital to do something worthwhile.

Maybe oil prices wouldn't have hit the roof and poor people would have been able to afford a slightly higher rate too.

You might have mail.
