FortKnox's Journal: Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?

I don't know if any of you know your fungi that well, but this sucker popped up after a downpour and looks freaky as hell. Any ideas?

Update: Looks like its called a stinkhorn fungus. Wife went nuts with google until she found it ;)

We used to get mushrooms like that at the old house. Apparently, there was a tree taken out nearby about 5-10 years earlier and one of the roots had decayed below the ground there, removing that dirt gets rid of it. Our mushrooms had 'bloomed' more, but they were that same color, making me think they're the same or similar.
