Immunity from criminal prosecution *is* something they also invented, but so far only applies to the President. You'd think they just wouldn't preinstall on Enterprise versions but there's already some Xbox related shit on Win10 IoT Enterprise LTSC. Not just preinstalled but a service that runs by default. Not sure about 11 since despite the barrage of misleading headlines/articles, support for Win10 has not ended for this version and won't for 6 more years (even more if they offer an ESU program), so I won't switch, in part because 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC is already more bloated and still has all the garbage UI stuff.
